By accessing or using workmaite ("Service"), a product of Intelgral Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

workmaite is an AI-native collaboration and productivity workspace designed to help teams plan, communicate, and deliver projects effectively. The Service may include project management tools, AI-assisted features, real-time collaboration, document creation, and related integrations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using workmaite, you represent and warrant that:

•You meet the minimum age requirement

•You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

•Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

•Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

•Maintain and promptly update your account information

•Keep your password confidential and secure

•Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

•Notify us immediately at sales@workmaite.io of any unauthorised use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

•Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

•Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content

•Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or related systems

•Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

•Harvest, scrape, or collect user data without consent

•Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)

•Impersonate any person or entity

•Use the Service to develop a competing product without our prior written consent

•Engage in any activity that could disable, damage, or overburden our infrastructure

workmaite IP: All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and content created by Intelgral Labs, are owned by or licensed to Intelgral Labs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant Intelgral Labs a limited licence to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, or transmit through the Service. You represent and warrant that:

•You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit

•Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights

•Your content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations

•Your content is not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to remove content that violates these Terms or our policies.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

•Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase

•Provide valid payment information and authorise us to charge your payment method

•Our pricing, which may be updated with advance notice

Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

workmaite may offer early access or beta features that are still under development. Beta features are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, limit access to, or discontinue beta features at any time without liability. Your feedback on beta features is welcome and may be used to improve the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at workmaite.io/privacy-policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

The Service may integrate with third-party tools and services. These integrations are subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. Intelgral Labs is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party integrations is at your own risk.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INTELGRAL LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM:

•Your use or inability to use the Service

•Unauthorised access to your data

•Any third-party content or conduct on the Service

•Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Intelgral Labs, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

•Your violation of these Terms

•Your User Content

•Your use of the Service in a manner not authorised by these Terms

•Your violation of any third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at sales@workmaite.io. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
